William brings more than 30 years of experience across the semiconductor and quantum technology sectors, spanning business development, commercialisation, product development and supply chain management. As Commercial Engagement Manager at Archer, he supports the Company's strategic partnerships, commercial initiatives and the advancement of its quantum and biosensor technologies.

Prior to joining Archer, William held senior commercial and engineering roles across semiconductor foundries, chip design companies, integrated device manufacturers (IDMs) and quantum technology organisations in Australia, China, Singapore and the United States. He holds a Master of Engineering in Microelectronics from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science in Microelectronics from Peking University.
