Andrew holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Limerick, completed in partnership with Nokia Bell Labs as part of the Efficient Energy Transfer Group. He joined Archer in November 2025 as Head of Engineering, where he leads the technical management of both the Biochip and Quantum development programs.

Prior to Archer, Andrew spent eight years at Inventia Life Science, joining as an early employee and serving on the senior leadership team through multiple scaling and funding rounds. During this time, he helped guide the company’s evolution from laboratory research to the successful adoption of products within commercial pharmaceutical drug discovery pipelines.
